Mr. Dishongh started DISHONGH LAW, PLLC to become more involved and connected with his clients and local community. He provides one-on-one advocacy that each client deserves and strives to provide compassionate representation.

Mr. Dishongh’s practice involves preparation of wills, medical powers of attorney and statutory durable powers of attorney (commonly called “financial”), and other estate planning documents. Mr. Dishongh handles civil litigation, family law, divorce, child custody, child support enforcement and modifications, paternity and conservatorship. He provides legal representation in personal injury, consumer litigation and some real estate matters. Mr. Dishongh has handled litigations from beginning to end – the demand, to filing of the lawsuit through final appeal.

Mr. Dishongh practices primarily in the Harris County and Montgomery County court system, but also handles cases throughout the great state of Texas

Malcolm Dishongh has been interested in the law since he was just 9 years old. While members of his family worked in law enforcement, Mr. Dishongh found his calling in the civil realm. After working in the legal business now for 35 years, he has found his true passion in helping people in the community understand the importance of having an estate plan and assisting their loved ones with probate. “I often find that my client’s truly appreciate our approach to the estate planning process. We want to provide the client with the information they need to make an informed decision and plan for the future.”

Legal Assistant

Linda Neill is our legal assistant. She excels in this position as she is a people person with an upbeat personality. Linda is an ever-present resource for clients using her 27+ years of experience as a legal assistant. Having been with the firm since shortly after its’ inception, Linda has been instrumental to the growth and continued success of Dishongh Law. When not at the office Linda enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandson Jaxon.

Drew Dishongh

Kenneth A. Dishongh, Attorney

Kenneth is a dedicated attorney who graduated from Texas A&M in 2017 and earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2020. Since beginning his practice in 2021, he has focused primarily on estate and probate matters, bringing a meticulous and compassionate approach to each case. With additional experience in general civil litigation, Kenneth is committed to providing trustworthy and effective legal solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.
